Learning toolkit

At the end of the innovation journey it would be tempting to sit back and relax, grateful that the hard work is over.  But this last stage is in many ways the most important – reviewing where we’ve been and what we’ve learned.  Even if the project has failed there are still opportunities to build on our experience and capture ideas about how we might change the way we approach things next time.
