It’s sometimes easy to forget that even the world’s largest companies were once start-ups. And a key feature of start-ups (the successful ones) is that they are fast learners. This blog looks at the way in which this fast learning, coupled with a willingness to embed and reinforce successful practices, can build innovation capability for the long-term.
